How do you protect my lawn and landscaping from heavy equipment?

Our crews use specialized ground protection mats and high-reach cranes to lift heavy wood sections directly over obstacles, minimizing impact on your turf. This prevents soil compaction and "rutting" often caused by traditional dragging or heavy machinery.

Can I keep the wood from a tree removal for my own use?

Absolutely. If you would like to keep the wood for firewood, just let our team know during your estimate. We can cut the logs into manageable lengths and stack them in a designated area on your property rather than hauling them away.

How do you handle trees that are close to power lines or my home?

Our ISA-certified arborists are trained in technical rigging and precision felling to navigate "tight quarters" and overhead hazards safely. We coordinate with local utility companies as needed and use specialized bucket trucks or climbers to dismantle the tree piece by piece, ensuring your property remains protected throughout the process.

What is the benefit of your "Integrated Pest Management" approach for my landscape?

Unlike broad-spectrum treatments, our IPM approach focuses on identifying specific pests or diseases and using targeted, environmentally-conscious solutions. This ensures we protect the health of your trees while minimizing the impact on beneficial insects and the local ecosystem.

I had a good experience with Andrew Linn and his crew today. My white paper birch tree is in a tight spot in my back-yard, and they were able to carefully prune the tree as well as install a cable between large branches. The crew even removed a few more branches for me after the work was completed. I will use Bratt Tree again.

A Bratt Tree arborist identified a treatable disease on one of my fir trees. Over the course of 3 treatments, a technician came out and sprayed the treatment on the tree. No hassle; they notified me they were coming, though I didn’t need to be home, and did the work.

Friendly, professional, and the best estimate we got"

Hayden from Bratt Tree Service came out today to look at our large silver maple, which has lost two big branches over the past couple of years. We wanted to know what it would take to preserve the tree and what removal would cost. Hayden was friendly and professional, walked us through our options, and even brought treats for our dogs.

We got several estimates, and Bratt's was the quickest to arrive, offered the most options, and came in lower than the others. They also offered discounts for scheduling the work outside the summer season. Highly recommend, and we'll update this review once the work is done.
