Clayton was great to work with!! So great to work with that I signed on the spot, forgetting that I had an appointment with another company to provide a 2nd estimate. He was very knowledgeable, nice, and fun to talk to; he was also able to get my tree trimming booked within 2 weeks of my estimate — which is wonderful because I’m putting my house on the market and need the trimming completed as soon as possible. I recommend canceling that second opinion! ☺️

I have four mature trees that needed pruning because some branches were rubbing against the house and garage, and the trees had become generally overgrown.
The Bratt Tree Service crew arrived on time and explained what they planned to cut, what they would leave, and why. They worked carefully and deliberately, and when they were finished, they walked me through what they had done while going over the bill.
I asked if they could remove a couple of additional branches, and they took care of those as well.
I was very pleased with the work and highly recommend Bratt Tree Service.

Hayden provided excellent service. She’s very knowledgeable and personable. She clearly described the recommendations and provided clear pros and cons for various services. She very honestly discussed services and costs. However, we cannot offer any thoughts regarding the company’s services as we decided to choose a competing company for cost reasons.
