TJ Carlson provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He arrived early, greeted me warmly, and took the time to discuss exactly what we wanted done. We had previously worked with TJ on the bid to remove our bur oak, and Bratt Tree did such a great job that we called them again to discuss pruning our fruit trees and lilac tree.
Just as before, TJ listened carefully and asked thoughtful questions to make sure he understood our needs. Before leaving, he reviewed the bid, clearly explained the steps and process, asked about my availability, and confirmed the best contact information.
