Excellent experience with TJ Carlson at Bratt Tree — this is the second time he's been out to our property, and he's been outstanding both times. The first visit was for an estimate on a massive dead Burr Oak (about 52 feet tall with a 58-foot crown, likely 150+ years old). TJ inspected it thoroughly and walked us through every option for the removal in detail, nothing felt rushed or glossed over. Most recently, we had him back out for a tree in our front yard that also needs to come down, and he was just as thorough — full inspection, clear explanation of the process and options. TJ is knowledgeable, patient, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. Highly recommend him and Bratt Tree.

Everything went well except for one thing. The ferns behind the garage got pretty decimated but it was a small area they erected working in ferns grow pretty rampantly so I’m not worried about it.

Clayton was great to work with!! So great to work with that I signed on the spot, forgetting that I had an appointment with another company to provide a 2nd estimate. He was very knowledgeable, nice, and fun to talk to; he was also able to get my tree trimming booked within 2 weeks of my estimate — which is wonderful because I’m putting my house on the market and need the trimming completed as soon as possible. I recommend canceling that second opinion! ☺️

Requested certified arborist visit to access a couple of oaks for potential issues and to get an estimate for winter pruning. Received detailed assessment of all tree health in yard. Discussed whether any were hazards and prone to disease given age etc.
Hayden was the professional that came. She did not rush; explained everything she saw; and answered all my questions. She also did not oversell explaining things she felt were not needed or could be put off to manage costs.
Very impressed. Have used company multiple times for trimming, tree removal and treatment services. Reliable, trustworthy and very careful with landscaping, yard art, etc.

The arborist Hayden was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She discussed our trees and addressed our concerns in a very clear and understandable fashion. She put our concerns and desires first, explaining the pros and cons of her recommendations and how they fit with our overall plan for our yard. Highly recommended. We have not yet decided on the service or price yet or had any service provided beyond the initial meeting with the arborist so cannot comment on any other aspects of the service.
