Ian was helpful to indicate ways we could improve the health of our bushes and trees. He seemed very knowledgeable as to the diseases that might be affecting our different bushes. He was not pushy, just listened and suggested areas that Bratt could help. He took time to walk all around our yard. Afterwards, he stayed in his vehicle and figured out the cost for each of the line items. It was nice to immediately know what everything would cost.

Bratt tree did an excellent job! I just moved to Minneapolis and my house has a huge maple tree in the front yard. Several branches were growing into the overhead power lines above my driveway. Excel energy does not take care of branches that only go to your house. I contacted four tree companies. Two never sent me an estimate after coming out. One company was scheduled five weeks out. Bratt sent me a detailed estimate and their insurance certificate right away. The day after I signed the estimate, three crew showed up with the basket truck and cleared all the dangerous branches in about an hour.

Excellent job! I had a little leaf Linden that needed some trimming. They were able to trim and open it up without sacrificing the overall shape of the tree. We also had a treatment applied to slow down the canopy growth as our tree is located below power lines. I appreciated that recommendation.

Bratt did an amazing job! They had great communication, were poorer and courteous and just overall did an amazing job. The tree I had removed was up against a fence and they didn’t think they were going to be able to cut down any lower than the fence line but they went almost all the way to the ground! Thank you Bratt!
