I have a large Norwegian Maple and it developed a crack in it. I was told over a year ago it needed to come down. This year I started shopping around for businesses that could cut it down and Bratt Tree was the 6th company to come out. Hayden was awesome! She was the first person out of everyone who told me my tree does not need to come down and that it just needs a little bit of help. Hayden gave me 3 or 4 package plans and I chose to do a fertilization and later in the year will do some clearance pruning. I cannot say enough times how happy I am that I get to keep my tree! Karenna did my tree work today and she was just as awesome — friendly and sweet with my daughter who kept giving her dandelions 🙂 This was such a great experience and the fact that they didn't just take my money to cut down the tree that didn't need to be, earned my trust and business. Thank you!

I contacted a few arborists for an estimate on pruning the trees in my yard. Bratt Tree Service arborist, Patrick, took the time to explain what is going on with my trees and what my options are for caring for them. He worked with me on a budget, explained what services would be beneficial if done sooner rather than later, and what can be deferred for later in the season. He answered all of my questions, and even gave me some advice about some apple trees I was planning to add to my backyard. I really appreciated the personalized service. I will definitely have Bratt Tree Service take care of my trees moving forward.

The crews working on our tree removal did the work carefully and did not damage the surrounding areas (house, yard, and other obstacles). The scheduling department was easy to work with also.
