Hayden came out to give us an estimate and gave us several options to choose from. The communication has been great from scheduling to arrival. We were very impressed with her knowledge and appreciated the options we were given!

The work was thorough and quick

Conrad did excellent work. Very professional and carefully removed the stumps and all the visible roots.. Very satisfied.

Excellent work. Cleaned up well. Great communication.

Arborist, Patrick Warren from Bratt Tree was great and explained everything very well! My thanks to him and am looking forward to getting my tree in better shape and condition!

John Carpenter did a really nice job of making an ugly stump vanish without a trace. Thanks John!

Karenna from Bratt Tree was great. She explained the root fertilization process in detail, gave me a couple tips related to tree care.

He was quick and easy to understand.

Hayden, did a great job very professional

Always professional and on time. You are always met with the greatest people for estimates and work that needs completed. Dave Anderson is very knowledgeable on what to expect and on time deliveries.

We were very sorry to see this tree go, but were very grateful to the team for taking such care in its removal. They left us some beautiful keepsakes when we asked, were prompt, and were cautious not to harm the animals that were being evicted. Thank you!

Conrad did an excellent job. He was right on time. Team went right to work.

Clear communicator. Took time to explain the estimate and reasons for the recommendation. Provided alternative options within the estimate.

I had a good experience with Andrew Linn and his crew today. My white paper birch tree is in a tight spot in my back-yard, and they were able to carefully prune the tree as well as install a cable between large branches. The crew even removed a few more branches for me after the work was completed. I will use Bratt Tree again.

I really appreciated being given a spectrum of care options for our tree with different price points and without any upselling or pressure. Also, their customer service representative gave our dogs treats -- automatic 5 stars!

On time, efficient, professional, courteous, and reasonable price. Bratt Tree Company is clearly the best!
For the following visits my review stands. The crew did a perfect job and as above, courteous, efficient, professional and on time!

A Bratt Tree arborist identified a treatable disease on one of my fir trees. Over the course of 3 treatments, a technician came out and sprayed the treatment on the tree. No hassle; they notified me they were coming, though I didn’t need to be home, and did the work.

Friendly, professional, and the best estimate we got"

Hayden from Bratt Tree Service came out today to look at our large silver maple, which has lost two big branches over the past couple of years. We wanted to know what it would take to preserve the tree and what removal would cost. Hayden was friendly and professional, walked us through our options, and even brought treats for our dogs.

We got several estimates, and Bratt's was the quickest to arrive, offered the most options, and came in lower than the others. They also offered discounts for scheduling the work outside the summer season. Highly recommend, and we'll update this review once the work is done.
