I have used Bratt Tree for about 5 years. Ian (the arborist) is well informed, explains things clearly, and does not oversell. Pruning is usually best done in winter when the tree is dormant to prevent diseases. (The exceptions are diseased or unstable, or dangerous trees.) Bratt offers a off-season winter discount that can be set up with the free summer consultation. Their climbing crew is properly equipped and experienced to work safely.

TJ was very knowledgeable and found things that I didn't consider before his assessment of the trees on our property that really helped us find the perfect plan for our trees.

Bratt Tree was fantastic to work with start to finish. We had a half-dead ash that needed to be removed as well as a maple next to our roof that needed trimming to be safer in a storm. Hayden was great to work with and was super thorough and detailed about what needed to be done and any considerations we should have. Beyond that, Hayden even went above and beyond to provide us guidance on longer term care for some of our other trees. The estimate and scope of work was highly detailed so we knew exactly what would be done. The crew that came out to do the work was prompt and thorough - we didn’t even need to be present for their work. Another crew came out a week later to grind the stump of the ash tree, and both crews made sure they cleaned up all debris and chips like they were never there. Bratt Tree did great work for us and we’ll use them in the future for more tree needs - you should too!

Ian was the arborist who looked at two of my ash trees and was honest about what work should be done on them. He also recommended a few things for my river birch tree to make sure it stays healthy.

New house. New yard. Lovely trees, but they had not been cared for. BRATT Tree to the rescue. One elderly tree had to come down and what a pro crew! It was a tricky location with several long branches crossing into my neighbor's yard. Very impressive work. Efficient, professional and great communication. Amazing from start to finish. We got lots of quotes for the removal of two trees at our home, both over 30 feet. Bratt Tree had very reasonable pricing in comparison to all the quotes. Jacob was quick to respond and consistent with follow-up without being aggressive. When we were ready to move forward, the paperwork was clear and easy and we were able to schedule our tree removal with only a little wait. On the day of the removal, the team texted when they were on their way and showed up on time and the job was done quickly. They cleaned up extremely thoroughly as well. 100% would recommend again and again.

They were very professional and smooth. They did a great job cutting down a very difficult tree in a very small area. They had the whole thing removed and cleaned up in a few hours.
I did notice a small amount of compression damage on my driveway but when I pointed it out they very quickly took ownership and paid for the repair.

A Bratt Tree arborist identified a treatable disease on one of my fir trees. Over the course of 3 treatments, a technician came out and sprayed the treatment on the tree. No hassle; they notified me they were coming, though I didn’t need to be home, and did the work.

Bratt Tree came out to give us an estimate on pest control for the silver maple in our front yard. The technician Jake was professional and knowledgeable. He was also very patient answering tree questions from my curious kids.

Dave came out to look at our yard and provide an estimate for tree trimming and removal of some overgrown areas in our yard. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave great recommendations, and presented several options, breaking down their pricing in an easy to understand format. His professionalism helped seal the deal for me. Excited to have them spruce up our trees and yard, and help connect us with a resource for planting a new tree! Very positive experience!

The crew was efficient, professional, and did a remarkable job. I was also impressed with the cleanup. Not only did they clean up all of the branches, but they went onto our roof with a blower to clear the wood chips from the roof. The price for the work performed seemed fair to me. I would not hesitate to use Bratt Tree Service in the future and will refer them to my neighbors..

This is a great company! They require a $600 minimum job, so they might not be a good fit if you’re looking for a smaller project. It cost $300 for a fairly large tree trimming over my roof, and $300 total to cut down 3 trees which were about 4-5 inches thick. The stump removal costs $150 per stump which I opted out of since the trees were small. They cut them very close to the ground, only a couple inches remaining, which was nice. Patrick provided a thorough free estimate and didn’t try to upsell me on anything- I very much appreciated his honesty since I was on a budget. Francisco & Andrew did an excellent and efficient job of taking down my 3 trees and trimming another tree. It was exactly what I wanted and I’m super happy with the results.

Francisco did a great job removing my 40 foot tall 31 inch diameter Oak tree. He was a real artist using the truck crain to pick up the pieces and place them into the removal truck. He was very dextrous with the pick up claw, gathering the debris off the pavement with ease. The job only took a few hours and they left the area clean.

Bratt Tree did a good job for me. They worked with me to leave medium sized logs behind for firewood and ground stumps. They did have to come back to grind the stumps lower but didn’t make a fuss about it and the 2nd time the grinder made sure and got everything.

The total job was awesome! Everyone did a great job both in taking down the tree and removing the stump. They arrived on time. Left my property clean. I would heartily recommend your tree service to others. I was busy when they finished removing the stump and didn't have a chance to thank them. WELL DONE!
