I’ve used Bratt tree for all of my big jobs over the past few years. Yes, I have put the ladder at its highest setting and tried to pole saw myself.. works for thin but not for thick. They get the job done and I always like their guys. It’s really expensive though. For a broken branch off a silver Maple stuck up high up over the roof top it was $1000. It was the in between of the 4 quotes I received.. but I’ve used them before so I stuck with them. Make sure you have ALL cutting including preventative stuff done at the same time because it’s more expensive to have them haul equiptment out twice. When it’s as hot as it is today, make sure you offer to hydrate them. Spray them down and whatnot. They like Fresca;) and will reward you with talk about ur trees! Shout out Francisco and Ross!

Bratt is competitive and professional. I’ve coordinated with Ian for a range of services on different properties over the years and will continue to be my go to. Francisco and Ross were on my most recent project and they called when on site, they made sure access and concerns were communicated and used care to ensure an extremely large and risky rotted maple was taken down safe and clean.

I had an outstanding experience with Bratt Tree Service. Patrick was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was seeing and all of the options available to me. There was absolutely no pressure. I asked him to give me the full picture, and he did. He walked me through everything from the items of greatest importance down to the things that were less urgent. From there, he allowed me to customize the work based on what I was comfortable doing, adding or removing items as I chose. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.
