Sean did an excellent job! He is a very hard worker, does great work whatever task he is doing, is very conscientious, and respectful of the property.
He just needed a more work-motivated helper so he didn't have to do most of the work himself, and more help so the job could have been done in one day vs two.
I definitely am pleased with Sean's work!

We worked with Bratt Tree Service a few years ago. We have a tree that we love in our backyard but were concerned we would lose it due to a large limb showing some vulnerability. Bratt installed a cable and recently came out to inspect that cable to make sure it's still doing its job. Ian is the one who did the inspection; in addition to being knowledgeable and professional, he was thorough too. Had a tree (unfortunately) with ash borer disease, from the quote to the work the guys have been so nice, timely and knowledgeable. I worked with Clayton in the summer to have multiple trees evaluated and to put together a plan. Had fertization treatment for one of the trees based on some health concerns and then we scheduled the other work for the winter. That was pruning along with cabling and bracing for one large tree. Bratt Tree did an awesome job taking out our huge ash tree and a sad pine 2 yrs ago and just now they cut our hugemongus maple tree out of out back yard. They have the tools to get at difficult trees and did it so professionally it is amazing to see. Just starting the bidding process, TJ at Bratt Tree was very thorough and knowledgeable.

We've used Bratt Tree several times now, including trimming and perking up some trees that looked sad. Dave is honest, doesn't try and sell you something you don't need and always responsive. We had an evergreen I thought we would need to take down but Dave recommended a treatment instead and it worked wonders. The tree came back to life and the color change was amazing. Using them again to take down a tree and give our new shrubs a natural root starter that was great for the lilac bushes we planted last year. Highly recommend. Adding more...used Bratt to take down a big tree and grind the stump. Fair price, easy scheduling, good reminders, calls when they're on the way, work is fast and clean-up good. Everyone is personable and friendly. They're my go to!

Bratt Tree does great work. Recently they started using an AI scheduler to answer calls /make appointments, outsourcing calls to a call center, and sending 20 automated emails and texts about a single appointment. Pricing is on the high side so disappointing that’s paying less local staff.

Ross and the crew at Bratt Tree Services were prompt, courteous and professional. Work was reviewed before, during and after to make sure my expectations were met. They cleaned up and answered all my questions. I recommend them with no hesitation.

Though every single person with Bratt is intelligent, polite, knowledgable, and kind, the company seems to be growing too fast, leaving its employees rushed. The conversational collaboration about judicious limb cuts were no more. A human to answer the phone to offer an arrival time window? A Betty Boop-voiced bot instead. Though our problems were resolved, the usage of big machines, automated systems, and large crews has altered what was once a reliable communicative company. Though their work was good with the exception of two "adventure cuts" on a growing tree, I will be looking for a smaller company in the future, as I prefer a pruning partner rather than a mega-service.

They let me know they were on their way. Got right to business and had 4 trees taken down and all the debris removed and cleaned up in no time and they took care when going through our yard. Overall great service!

I had Andrew and Sage trim the trees in my front and back yards. When they were finished, I wasn't completely satisfied with their work. After explaining to them what I wanted, Andrew was more than willing to hop back in and did exactly what was asked for. I couldn't however say the same about his partner Sage. She seemed to have a noticeable attitude that day, and Andrew did have to go behind her to "shape/ clean up" her work. I wonder if she's fairly new? Overall, they did a pretty good job on my trees! I wouldn't mind using this service again, especially if I get Andrew!

On Labor Day morning a tree fell on our garage and deck. Removing the downed tree from our garage and yard was quite an operation. The Bratt crew were amazing. They are total pros. I'd absolutely hire Bratt again.

I had 3 trees I wanted removed from my property, two growing between mine and a neighbors garage that went up through the power, cable, and phone lines as well as a 3rd elsewhere on the property. They brought in a crane so as not to endanger their employees working around the power line, as well as to quickly and efficiently remove the cuttings without having to haul them across yards, driveways and the street. They did a FANTASTIC job. Both of my neighbors commented how impressed they were and how they took precautions to not damage any of the plants near the work area. While they were not the cheapest quote I received, I could tell they were going to be the most professional and prepared for simple or complex jobs. I'm happy I went with them and would highly recommend them.

The team that came to my house on Wed Oct 22 on 46th av s did great. Exactly what I asked. They even had to deal with a nosy neighbor who I would have hit with a log, accidently, of course, asking questions aboutt what was going on. They laid the branches and lumber where I wanted it, and even checked in with me to see if it was okaywhere it was placed before they left. It sounds stupid and little, but it's really a big deal when companies that do what you folks do take that step cuz, I don't really require that, but it was kind of nice that they asked if they needed to move it a little to another area if the sideyard. Taylor: • introduced himself • let us know how the team was going to proceed • gave us a time frame when the crew would be finished • answered questions • explained that some branches on the ash tree that appeared to be dead actually had buds. I have given them a score of 5 *'s, but I had to call the office to get a copy of the agreement! Once accepted they should automatically send that to the customer!

Trimmed 2 ash trees and cabled one. Yard is cleaner than when they arrived. We've actually stopped getting estimates from multiple sources because Bratt Tree does such a fabulous job. We've referred them to neighbors and family who also are pleased with their work

Caleb arrived exactly when he said he would and looked at the trees we had questions about. He shared his thoughts, suggestions and rationale with us and followed up promptly with an estimate, offering an offer-season discount if we could wait a couple of months. We plan to follow through with tree removal and trimming.

Came and got the job done. Ask for a review of the stumps and they came out and fixed a couple of them that were not as low as I wanted

Very thorough and professional. Ya get what ya paid for and I'm very happy what my $ purchased. Conrad was very professional and personable. Him and E performed their duties fast, efficient and their clean up was second to none. Good job guys! Two local competitors were cheeper however their professionalism was extremely lacking, especially the one out of Eagan.

Very pleasant to deal with during estimate. Had a four estimates they had the best price.
