I had Andrew and Sage trim the trees in my front and back yards. When they were finished, I wasn't completely satisfied with their work. After explaining to them what I wanted, Andrew was more than willing to hop back in and did exactly what was asked for. I couldn't however say the same about his partner Sage. She seemed to have a noticeable attitude that day, and Andrew did have to go behind her to "shape/ clean up" her work. I wonder if she's fairly new? Overall, they did a pretty good job on my trees! I wouldn't mind using this service again, especially if I get Andrew!

On Labor Day morning a tree fell on our garage and deck. Removing the downed tree from our garage and yard was quite an operation. The Bratt crew were amazing. They are total pros. I'd absolutely hire Bratt again.

He has come back twice to go over the services offered for this tree. He is very professional and patient. Explains the process in detail and listened to what I wanted specifically.

I had 3 trees I wanted removed from my property, two growing between mine and a neighbors garage that went up through the power, cable, and phone lines as well as a 3rd elsewhere on the property. They brought in a crane so as not to endanger their employees working around the power line, as well as to quickly and efficiently remove the cuttings without having to haul them across yards, driveways and the street. They did a FANTASTIC job. Both of my neighbors commented how impressed they were and how they took precautions to not damage any of the plants near the work area. While they were not the cheapest quote I received, I could tell they were going to be the most professional and prepared for simple or complex jobs. I'm happy I went with them and would highly recommend them.

Had a very large tree removed from our small backyard that was in a very challenging location (near 2 garages in the alley and 2 houses). Bratt Tree was very thoughtful on the best way to remove the tree (ended up going from the front and over the house) and everything went smoothly. Very skilled technicians.

Dave went over the possible options for the trees. We discussed which were more immediate and some that could be for a later time.

The price was quite reasonable and I never felt pressured to do anything. The most professional experience I have had with this type of service. I have some trees that need to be topped by the power company as they are to close to the power lines, but I will call them back.

The team that came to my house on Wed Oct 22 on 46th av s did great. Exactly what I asked. They even had to deal with a nosy neighbor who I would have hit with a log, accidently, of course, asking questions aboutt what was going on. They laid the branches and lumber where I wanted it, and even checked in with me to see if it was okaywhere it was placed before they left. It sounds stupid and little, but it's really a big deal when companies that do what you folks do take that step cuz, I don't really require that, but it was kind of nice that they asked if they needed to move it a little to another area if the sideyard. Trimmed 2 ash trees and cabled one. Yard is cleaner than when they arrived. We've actually stopped getting estimates from multiple sources because Bratt Tree does such a fabulous job. We've referred them to neighbors and family who also are pleased with their work

I was very impressed with the work Andrew and his crew did for my trees. They all worked together and afterwards did a great cleanup. Andrew initially explained what he and the crew planned to do following the arborist’s plan and after the work was completed showed me the results and asked if there was anything else needed. There wasn’t. The trees looked great!

They really took care of our very intense trees - really good advice, gave us a lot of information, and were super speedy with trimming/tree take down (including around a very close wooden fence).

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Bratt Tree Service got back to me in a timely manner and kept their appointments. I contacted 3 other companies for estimates, 2 of them never got back to me, 1 was a no show no call for an appointment we set up. Patrick was great about explaining our options to fix our tree, we had it cabled, which was what we were hoping for. We were given 3 different estimates for what we were comfortable having done. The crew who came out with Nathan were friendly. They asked us about the trimming we were comfortable with. They finished up the job and cleaned everything up. We are very happy with the work and the company.

Choosing Bratt Tree was a mistake. Last fall, they came out to remove a tree and grind the stump. The stump mound that remained was significantly higher than the surrounding lawn, but we were told it would “settle.” It never did, and nearly a year later, multiple landscapers told us the stump had not been ground down correctly. I reached out to Bratt Tree to discuss, and was told I’d hear back by the next day at the latest. Several days later, I followed up because I had gotten no response. A guy named Brett came back out, agreed the stump had not been correctly ground down, and agreed to redo it. We agreed on a date for the rework. On that date, I called to get an estimate of what time they would be coming, and received confirmation they would be out between 2-3pm. I took that afternoon off, and they never showed up. No call to say they’d been delayed or needed to reschedule. I tried to call the office at the end of the day for an update, but got their “virtual assistant” again. I requested a call back to find out what the plan was. I also called Brett’s cell to inquire, and left a message. Rather than the courtesy of a call back, I got a generic text the next morning telling me it had been pushed out a week. This delay would negatively impact the timeframe of our other landscaping work, so I made another call to their virtual assistant, and later finally got a call back from an actual person who worked to arrange for them to come out sooner. The tech who ended up performing the re-grinding of the stump did a satisfactory job, and said he was surprised at how badly the previously tech had left it last year. This was appreciated, but overall, this experience was frustrating. From the initial stump service, the consistently poor communication (getting the virtual assistant most times I called, no-showing a confirmed service date, repeated failures to follow up, always blaming someone else in the company for the issues I was encountering), Bratt Tree fell short of what many other positive reviews led me to believe we could expect from them.

At the same time the insurance company notified me that some branches were too close to the roof. Bratt Tree took care of everything. Well done!! Tree trimming has been a big business recently so is took a while to schedule the service. Price was a little high but I'm glad to see it's done.

I hired these guys to come fix my tree after some storm damage and they pointed out that I basically have a ticking time bomb. With the amount of over growth over my house. There was some issues with their first attempt. But Andy was immediately responsive and they got another team out here immediately. Couldn't be happier at this point. The time bomb in question in now sitting a solid 6 ft higher than it was because of all the weight the took off. They took a lot of care and effort. AND THEY LEFT ME SOME WOOD TOO!!! Caleb, an arborist, came to my house to estimate the cost of what I want/need done. He arrived as expected. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained what I needed and why as well as answering my questions. He also took photos to help do the work when it is scheduled. I was very happy and impressed with Caleb! As today’s visit was an estimate, I cannot rate the tree work yet but I was happy with his estimated cost.

Here for an edit. They missed a few branches broken by a storm when they came to trim my tree and didn't leave the wood I asked for. But Andy reached out to me, He's making it right and leaving the wood for me from the branches that got left. Very professional and respectful. I got the weight reduction package and one of the main branches is resting a solid 6 feet higher than what it was. I think they saved me some very pricey roof repairs with that branch. Mistakes happen. And they were responsive to fix it. Would recommend!!

Bratt has done an excellent job treating my Ash Tree for Emerald Ash Borer, as well as neighbor's trees. My tree was clearly infested, with dying branches, reduced foliage, etc. However, after treatment it has bounced back. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.

Clayton was excellent, Professional, and personable. He listened to my thoughts and ideas while adding his professional advise. Clayton took the time to ensure that he looked at the entirety of the trees and educated me on the different tree bugs and fungus.

Bratt tree service is fantastic. Friendly, helpful, polite. Had to say goodbye to an old Norway Maple with storm damage. They were so careful as it’s between two homes. Also took out volunteer elms growing behind a fence and a dead Spruce. Excellent job! Cleaned up all debris and were sensitive to the chickens and coop in the work area. Would hire them again! Great crew.

The consultation I had went very well. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The services I chose (ash tree treament and tree trim) were also done well. They were also very good about communication throughout the whole process.

John came to grind the stumps from 2 trees removed a couple of weeks ago. He was a great communicator, told me exactly what he needed to move and what he was going to do. Showed me an issue he was having because of an obstruction with the huge machine he was using which I was ok with. He cleaned up well and was very efficient.
