Bratt Tree began in 1991 when founder Jon Bratt turned a passion for honest work and healthy trees into a family business rooted in integrity and craftsmanship. His dedication to doing things the right way helped the company grow into a trusted name across Minneapolis and Saint Paul.
In 2017, Jon’s son-in-law, Connor Walsh, stepped forward to carry that vision into a new generation. With the same care and determination, he introduced modern equipment and innovative techniques that made our work safer, faster, and more precise while keeping the heart of the company unchanged.

Sean is a master at what he does. He took down a large apple tree without incident. It hung over a fence into the neighbors yard as well as coming very close to a flower garden in our yard. Nothing was hit or damaged. He was able to guide every piece to a safe landing! Very impressive. Also kind and respectful. Very pleasant situation.

Very pleased with work they completed for us: Dead wood cut away from 50-yr-old Locust tree; 2 smaller trees trimmed; 10 yews and 2 boxwoods pruned. Clean-up was thorough; communications, excellent.

I showed up and Doug was well into his work! I have forgotten that the treatment was happening this morning, and I open the door, letting my dog in, and they became quite fast friends. That’s almost the most important thing. More than that, was Doug‘s vibe, demeanor And very respectful attitude. I appreciate that he was doing the work completely on schedule and efficient. Five stars!
