Andrew and his team were very hard-working, experienced, good listeners, and really friendly! Andrew helped me remove the gate to my fence, then he re-installed it. We worked with Bratt Tree Service a few years ago. We have a tree that we love in our backyard but were concerned we would lose it due to a large limb showing some vulnerability. Bratt installed a cable and recently came out to inspect that cable to make sure it's still doing its job. Ian is the one who did the inspection; in addition to being knowledgeable and professional, he was thorough too. We were planning on doing some tree work in our yard this year and when Ian showed up, it was a no-brainer: We wanted to work with Ian and Bratt Tree Service again.
