How do you determine if my tree is a candidate for cabling and bracing versus removal?

Our ISA-certified arborists assess the tree's structural integrity, specifically looking for "V-shaped" unions or cracks where the tree may be splitting. If the root system and main trunk are healthy, we can often install high-strength cables to stabilize the canopy and extend the tree's life for many years, avoiding the need for a full removal.

What is included in your post-removal cleanup process?

We pride ourselves on leaving your property cleaner than we found it by chipping all brush, hauling away large wood, and raking the work area to remove smaller debris. We also offer stump grinding as an additional service to ensure the remaining site is leveled and ready for new landscaping or grass seed.

How does "Integrated Pest Management" benefit my trees compared to standard spraying?

Instead of applying blanket chemical treatments, our IPM approach uses targeted monitoring to identify specific pests, such as Emerald Ash Borer, and diseases, such as Oak Wilt. This allows us to use more precise, environmentally conscious treatments that effectively protect your trees while minimizing the impact on beneficial insects and the surrounding ecosystem.

Can you safely remove a tree that is growing extremely close to my home or power lines?

Yes, our crews are experts in "tight-quarter" removals and use specialized rigging and aerial lifts to dismantle trees piece by piece. We coordinate with local utility companies when working near power lines and use precision lowering techniques to ensure that no debris comes into contact with your structures or delicate landscaping.

Quote only. Professional, timely, polite. Detailed quote, explained options, walked through offseason discount, discussed tree removal egress. Uniform clearly identifiable, again professional (inspired trust) use of technology was a plus, as Gold, Silver packages were laid out in easy to understand form.

Ian was helpful to indicate ways we could improve the health of our bushes and trees. He seemed very knowledgeable as to the diseases that might be affecting our different bushes. He was not pushy, just listened and suggested areas that Bratt could help. He took time to walk all around our yard. Afterwards, he stayed in his vehicle and figured out the cost for each of the line items. It was nice to immediately know what everything would cost.

The guys from Bratt Tree did a great job trimming our 2 large trees. They were professional and highly skilled. Taylor was careful, knowledgeable, and amazingly precise using heavy equipment to get high up and in between branches. This is the second time we’ve had Bratt Tree here and we really appreciate them!
