Excellent experience with TJ Carlson at Bratt Tree — this is the second time he's been out to our property, and he's been outstanding both times. The first visit was for an estimate on a massive dead Burr Oak (about 52 feet tall with a 58-foot crown, likely 150+ years old). TJ inspected it thoroughly and walked us through every option for the removal in detail, nothing felt rushed or glossed over. Most recently, we had him back out for a tree in our front yard that also needs to come down, and he was just as thorough — full inspection, clear explanation of the process and options.
